About Me
Over the past two decades, I’ve built a career that blends strategic decision-making with a deep passion for leadership, driving measurable success in the supply chain industry. Starting with foundational roles in production planning at BD Biosciences, I quickly advanced into leadership positions by consistently delivering results in inventory optimization, operational efficiency, and cost reduction.
At Bumble Bee Seafoods, I embraced increasingly complex challenges, transitioning from managing inventory and manufacturing processes to leading global planning teams. As a senior leader, I developed and implemented strategies that balanced inventory levels with demand, improved forecasting accuracy, and implemented an executive level S&OP.
My role as Vice President of Demand and Supply Planning at BODi (Beachbody) marked a pivotal point in my career. There, I led strategic initiatives to improve S&OP processes, establish performance metrics, and foster a culture of accountability—all while delivering 10 consecutive quarters of inventory reduction. These achievements underscore my commitment to aligning supply chain strategies with broader organizational objectives.
Alongside my professional journey, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and maintain an APICS CPIM certification, which underscores my dedication to continuous learning and operational excellence. I’ve also pursued leadership development through programs at the Dale Carnegie Institute and Harvard Business School Club of San Diego, solidifying my ability to lead teams and organizations through complexity and change.
